Our Bollywood cardio class combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Songs will cycle between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences. Instructor Tulika is BollyX certified and her energy will keep you on your toes!
Learn fierce and fun choreography blending aspects of hip-hop and jazz. Jazz funk is expressive, soulful, and will leave you feeling powerful! Instructor: Mikayla

Break a sweat while getting your groove on like you're at the club! We'll dance to hip-hop, pop, and beats that are sure to get your heart pumping. Dance moves are separated in sections and repetitive giving everyone time to pick up moves. Instructor: Annlee
INTRO TO BREAKING
FRIDAYS 6-7 PM
Learn the fundamentals of breaking. Top rock, footwork, and move at a comfortable pace. Taught by renowned b-bgirl Anna aka Naj. If you've always wanted to learn breaking, you won't want to miss this class.
